ہر طرف بس خوشی کا سماں

تھی وہ ایک سپنوں کی دات

ہر طرف بس خوشی کا سماں


نہ کوئی درد تھا نہ کوئی غم تھا

بس سکون تھا اور اطمینان تھا


حالت اقرار میں بس سجدہ ریز ہوئے

ہونٹوں پر مسکراہٹ اور آنکھ نم تھی


نہ جانے کب پھر سورج طلوع ہوا

ہم تو اْسی رات میں کھوئے رہے
