How to Submit Urdu Poetry in the contest:
All the participants will submit their Urdu poetry through the “Submit Your Poetry” website Page.
When the participant submits the Urdu Poetry. Website will upload/publish the poetry on this website according to the following Terms:
The Urdu poetry will be published in the contest within 2 to 4 days after submission.
The website/admin reserves the right not to publish/upload any Urdu poetry if it contains:
Abusive Language
Hate Speech
Political
Racism
Sectarianism
Stereotyping
If the Urdu poetry submitted by a participant is not the owner of the content.
The Urdu poetry will not be published on the website without any intimation to the participant.
The Urdu poetry will be unpublished at any stage if it found a violation of the terms and conditions of this website.
There is the report Content button in each post.
Anyone can report the content to the admin of the website. If it’s found a violation of the terms and conditions of this website.
The Urdu Poetry will be written in the Urdu language.

Selection of Winner criteria:
The winner of the contest will be announced after the following process:
Anyone can rate the Entries of Urdu poetry competition
The winner will be selected on the rating of the reviewers.
The name of the winner will be displayed in the “Contest Winner” Page of the website.
It will take some time to announce the winner of the contest.
This website reserve the right to extend the date for the submission of poetry in the contest without any kind of notice.
Prize Delivery Policy:
1. The prize (shield and certificate) will be only delivered to winner of contest.
2. The certificate will not be delivered to the 2nd and 3rd position holders.
3. The prize delivery form will be send to the winner only.
4. The winner must fill up the form so, that the prize will be delivered to him/her.
5. Shield and certificate will be delivered when its ready.
6. After receiving the information through the prize delivery form. The prize(shield & certificate) will be send through courier service within 10 to 15 days. The days of delivery may be extend due to any reason.
7. If some one won the contest out side Pakistan. In this case only the certificate will be delivered to him/her.
Announcement of winners:
If the Submitted poetry is not according to the given topic and not according to the standards of Urdu poetry, even the submitted poetry got high votes may not win the contest.
