Public Voting + Judge
100 Marks
Read the competition rules carefully before submitting your entry.
Write the given Urdu text neatly by hand on paper.
Take a clear, well-lit photo or scan of your handwriting.
Upload your handwriting through our official Google Form.
1. Eligibility
Open to participants from all countries. Participants must provide accurate information when submitting their entry.
2. Handwriting Requirements
The entry must be handwritten by the participant using the official Urdu text provided for this competition. Typed, digitally generated, or computer-created text is not accepted
3. Original Work
The handwriting must be the participant’s own work. Entries written by another person will not be accepted.
4. Image Quality
Upload a clear, well-lit photograph or scan. The complete handwritten page must be visible and readable.
5. Submission
Each participant may submit one entry through the official Google Form before the submission deadline.
6. Review & Approval
All submissions will be reviewed before publication. Entries that do not meet the competition requirements may be rejected.
7. Public Voting
Approved entries will be available for public voting. The Public Score contributes 70 marks to the final score: 35 marks are based on the number of valid votes and 35 marks are based on the average rating from 1 to 5 stars.
8. Judge’s Score
A designated judge will evaluate each eligible entry according to the official marking criteria. The judge’s score contributes 30 marks.
9. Final Score
Public Score (70 marks) + Judge’s Score (30 marks) = Final Score (100 marks)
10. Disqualification & Final Decision
Entries may be disqualified for rule violations, false information, copied work, or other serious issues. The competition organizers’ decision regarding eligibility and final results will be final.

One judge will evaluate each eligible handwriting entry according to the official marking criteria.
100 Marks
Public Score (70 marks) + Judge’s Score (30 marks) = Final Score (100 marks).
Public Score = Vote Score (35) + Rating Score (35) = 70 Marks
1. Vote Score — 35 Marks
The entry receiving the highest number of valid votes will receive 35/35. Other entries receive marks proportionally according to their valid vote count.
Vote Score = (Participant’s Votes ÷ Highest Valid Votes) × 35
2. Rating Score — 35 Marks
Each voter can rate an entry from 1 to 5 stars. The average rating is converted into a maximum of 35 marks.
Rating Score = (Average Rating ÷ 5) × 35
If the highest valid vote count is 2,000:
If an entry has an average rating of 4.5/5:
Vote Score (35) + Rating Score (35) = Public Score (70)
Then the judge’s 30 marks are added:
Public Score (70) + Judge Score (30) = Final Score (100)

Correct formation, shape, proportion, and consistency of the written letters.

Clean, clear, readable, and well-organized handwriting.

Overall visual quality, balance, spacing, and presentation of the handwriting.
70 Marks
Public voting contributes a maximum of 70 marks to the final score.
30 Marks
One judge will evaluate each eligible handwriting entry according to the official marking criteria.
100 Marks
Public Score (70 marks) + Judge Score (30 marks) = Final Score (100 marks).
Public Score (70) + Judge Score (30) = Final Score (100)
Example:
Public Score: 56/70
Judge Score: 24/30
Final Score: 80/100

6. What happens to invalid or duplicate votes?
Votes identified as invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent may be excluded from the final vote count.
7. When is the submission deadline?
The submission deadline is 10 October 2026.
8. When will the results be announced?
The results will be announced after public voting, judging, and final verification are completed.
