قرآں کھولوں کہ خدا مجھ سے ہم کلام ہو جائے
چاہنے والوں میں اُس کے میرا بھی نام ہو جائے
اُس کی کہی ہر اِک بات جو میں غور سے سنوں
یہ تمنا کہ اِسی پہ میرا اختتام ہو جائے
اِس جہاں میں بھلے گمنام میں رہوں
محفل میں اُس کی چرچا مگر عام ہو جائے
اشکِ ندامت لیے سجدے میں میں جھکوں
اور یوں میری زندگی کی شام ہو جائے
ہر غم مسکرا کہ جو سہہ جاتی ہوں
شاید کہ میرا بھی عالی _ مقام ہو جائے
اللّٰه تجھ سے میں اِک التجا کروں
حاصل میرے سخن کو دوام ہو جائے
